Tom fosters a level of service at Wade Trim that encourages clients to hire us for the next project and build long term relationships. He believes Wade Trim proficiency increases as staff institutional knowledge grows and supports staff efforts to achieve this. As Chief Business Development Officer, he also promotes continued geographic expansion to strengthen niche expertise within market segments.
Tom started his career as a construction engineer learning how to resolve challenges in the field and successfully integrate new and rehabilitated facilities into a client’s infrastructure operations. Since that time he has led design, design-bid-build and program management efforts for a variety of infrastructure improvements sharpening his perspective of how different project delivery methods meet client objectives.
A devoted Spartan, Tom earned his BS in Civil Engineering at Michigan State University and holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Wayne State University.
