Sustainable company growth requires a balance between increasing operational demands and financial strength. As Chief Operating Officer, David oversees our daily operations with a focus on achieving our business plan goals. He nurtures a culture that recognizes the value of long-term client assignments and provides Project Managers with the resources they need to become an extension of their client.
David draws on 32 years of project management experience including financing, design, specification preparation, cost estimating, and project scheduling. His experience in all types of infrastructure improvement projects includes site design, storm and sanitary sewers, water main, gas, electric, transportation design, and construction phase services for numerous private corporations and utility providers. David was instrumental in developing our energy sector that provides design services for gas and electric utility providers.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
