Shawn works with local governments to create livable, sustainable communities. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships has been integral to delivering strong client services throughout his 30-year career. He is skilled at helping clients identify their needs and delivering solutions on budget and within schedule. Shawn provides client services oversight, guidance, and support across our market segments in Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. He also serves as our client representative to the Cities of Plymouth, MI and St. Joseph, MI, and the Charter Township of Brownstown, MI, overseeing a wide range of municipal engineering, asset management and surveying services, including projects involving water main and distribution, stormwater management, sanitary sewer system improvements, and roadway projects.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. In 2022, Shawn completed his certification as an Asset Management Champion by completing the Michigan Infrastructure Council’s Asset Management Training Course.
