clients for our infrastructure solutions and enjoy contributing to the communities we live and work in.
We continually seek challenging projects and employees have the resources and support needed to
advance their knowledge, skills and talent. We work hard and celebrate our achievements.
Our programs, practices, and philosophy are structured to retain talented staff and attract new employees
to support company growth. Key programs include recruiting knowledgeable, team-oriented people; providing
training seminars and career planning to promote individual growth; conducting performance evaluations
based on improving personal development; and offering incentives such as profit sharing, flex-time,
family insurance, and top compensation. We actively promote diversity and use several programs to
recognize employee performance.
Giving back is also important. Employees participate in local community and student activities to help
educate and raise interest about the consulting engineering profession. Others have been involved in the
Future City Competition, water festivals, educational programs and business support programs throughout
the communities we work in. Annual corporate community support efforts include donating to local hospices
and many local community events and groups.
