Robert J. Maxman, PE, joined our Tampa office
as the Deputy COO for Strategic Expansion. He brings more than 30 years
of experience as Project Manager, Regional Manager, President, CEO, and
COO of professional service firms. Through his career, he has
successfully overseen various administrative and management aspects of
firms, including quality management, strategic and operational planning, operating
profit and loss, project marketing and execution, and identification and evaluation
of new situations and opportunities.
After receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology, Bob earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue
University. He also attended the Executive Development Program of the Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Professional Engineer
in Florida and Texas and has extensive experience developing and administering
project management training to more than 1,000 engineering and science professionals.
In addition to being Project Principal on numerous stateside projects, he also has
international experience in Taiwan and the Philippines.
Bob’s professional affiliations include membership with the American
Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers,
the Florida Engineering Society, and a position as Board Member with the
American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan.
