Wade Trim Employees Earn Professional Engineer Licenses
The following employees have obtained their professional engineer licenses. Professional
Engineers are required to pass two exams, earn a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and
complete four years of engineering work experience.

Kelly McRobb-Ackland, PE, is a member of our Taylor
office’s Municipal Services Group. Kelly has over six years of experience in municipal
and private development projects. As a Client Representative and Project Manager,
she is responsible for the preparation and contract administration of construction
plans, specifications and cost estimates for various municipal projects. Her design
experience includes storm water storage and conveyance, water distribution, sanitary
sewer conveyance, utility conflict resolution, and the development of a sidewalk
replacement tracking and billing program. She received her Bachelor of Science degree
in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor in 1997 and is also registered
as an Engineer-In-Training in Ontario, Canada. She has been with Wade Trim for six years.

Douglas Lopata, PE, is a Design Engineer in our Cleveland office’s
Water Resources Group. He has over four years of experience in design and inspection
of sanitary and storm sewers, CSO regulator structures, hydrologic modeling, roadway design,
water mains, and general site planning. Other responsibilities include construction administration
and inspection work, along with CAD design and development of contract bidding documents. Doug
joined Wade Trim in 2002 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from Cleveland State University. He is affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers,
National Key Honor Society, and the American Public Works Association.

Claude Modise, PE, is a member of the Water Resources Group in our
Pittsburgh office. Claude has over five years of experience in water system design and
improvements. He has been involved in the development of design calculations and detailed
design and working drawings for water and wastewater projects. He has also conducted research
for combined sewer overflow treatment. Claude joined Wade Trim in 2003 and holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a
Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He has
published articles in the Journal of Environmental Engineering, Environmental
Engineering Science, and Water Environment Research.

David Neumeyer, PE, is a Project Engineer in our Cleveland office’s
Transportation Services Group. He has over five years of experience conducting traffic
impact studies, roadway geometrics, and culvert and drainage design. Dave earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron in 2001 and joined
Wade Trim in 2002. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American
Society of Highway Engineers.
