David Speicher, PE, is heading up our Grapevine office. He brings
local experience approving land development projects from the municipal perspective
and helping developers guide their projects through the approval process. He is currently
coordinating the plan review and approval process for Rayzor Ranch in Denton. In addition,
Wade Trim has worked on Restaurant Depot warehouse sites in Richardson, San Antonio, Dallas
and Houston. Dave previously served as an engineer with the Cities of Fort Worth and Denton.
