Wade Trim Employees Earn Professional Engineer Licenses
The following employees have obtained their professional engineer licenses. Professional
Engineers are required to pass two exams, earn a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and
complete four years of engineering work experience.

John Ciesielski, PE, is a member of the firm’s Land Development
Services Group. With more than four years of experience working on private development projects,
his expertise includes water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm water management, site
design and project coordination. He recently completed site design and is providing construction
phase assistance for a new office complex in downtown Flint that will serve as the future home
of our Flint office. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in
Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 2003 and joined Wade Trim in 2005.

Cory Davis, PE, is a member of our Construction Group and
has four years of experience working on construction projects. He is responsible for the
project administration and management of various civil engineering projects. His experience
includes the construction of a sanitary sewer overflow detention basin, road reconstruction,
sanitary sewer interceptor and wastewater treatment plant expansion. Cory received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University in
2003 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from the University of
Michigan in Dearborn.

Bill Fisher, PE, is a member of our Municipal Services Group.
With over ten years of experience, his expertise includes utility resolution and design of
water systems, sanitary sewer systems, and storm sewer systems. Bill is responsible for the
plan review and construction administration of residential, commercial and industrial projects for
the Charter Township of Brownstown. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from Wayne State University in 2002. He joined Wade Trim in 1994.

Scott LaSalle, PE, is a member of our Municipal Services Group. Scott
has over five years of experience in water resources, transportation, and municipal construction
projects. He is responsible for the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications
and cost estimates for state, municipal and county roadway and drainage projects. His design experience
includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of roadway drainage systems including enclosed storm
sewers, culverts, bridges, county drains, and natural waterways. Scott earned his Bachelor of
Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 2002 and is pursuing
a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University. He joined Wade Trim in 2005.

Kristen Podnar, PE, is a member of our Transportation Group
and has five years of experience working on transportation projects. She is responsible for the
design and preparation of construction plans, project administration, specifications, and cost
estimates for state and local roadways. Her design expertise includes urban and rural road
reconstruction and resurfacing, roadside barrier design, utility conflict resolution, and the
development of right-of-way plans. Kristen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of Michigan in 2001 and joined Wade Trim after graduation.
