Dougherty Joins as Water Resources Engineer

Holly Dougherty, PE, joined our Tampa office as a Project Engineer in our Water Resources Group. She will be responsible for planning and design of water infrastructure projects including water and wastewater distribution, conveyance and treatment. Holly has more than eight years of experience managing and designing water and wastewater projects for municipalities. She received Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Engineering and Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University and is involved in the American Water Works Association and American Society of Civil Engineers.
