Andy Wintersteller, PE, joined our Cleveland office as a Senior Project Manager in the Water Resources Group where he will be working on large utility and municipal projects. He brings 35 years of experience managing design and construction of water and wastewater systems, treatment plant facilities, site/civil planning, roadway design, and utility infrastructure improvements. He has worked extensively with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and numerous municipalities on intercommunity relief sewer improvements. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and is a registered engineer in the state of Ohio.
