Wade Trim’s 20 offices and over 450 staff members comprise a network of resources that are shared to meet specific infrastructure challenges. For instance, an employee in our Taylor office that specializes in traffic signalization design may work on a project in our Bay City office area if required. Mentoring between employees is also important. Senior staff often work with younger employees to increase their knowledge. The bigger the variety of projects, the stronger their experience. Diversity of employees also makes our project teams strong and flexible.

As an employee-owned firm, investing in our infrastructure is also important. We have built offices in Taylor, Gaylord and Bay City, Michigan. Our financial commitment to computer technology outpaces many firms in our industry and keeps us on the cutting edge of project delivery.

Wade Trim has had many memorable projects and successes. In 2006, we achieved over $53 million in total revenue. We are consistently ranked in the top 200 environmental firms and continue to be nationally recognized for innovative solutions. We are on a quest to grow, using our expertise to provide infrastructure solutions in new areas. Recent expansion efforts have resulted in offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Omaha, Nebraska; Palm Bay and Key Largo, Florida; Asheville, North Carolina; and Grapevine, Texas.
