Sustainability

Wade Trim cares about the environmental impacts of our work. Our engineers, landscape architects and planners help shape projects that respect the natural environment and are an added amenity within their community. As a member firm of the U.S. Green Building Council, we incorporate sustainable design concepts and green building practices into a wide variety of facilities and project sites. We help clients pursue their environmental and business goals including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED^®) certification.

We have also integrated sustainability into our own business practices through recycling, energy efficient improvements and consideration criteria for new office locations and interior materials. Our commitment was recently formalized by incorporating a “Green Wade Trim” initiative into our long-term strategic plan. This effort will continue to strengthen our corporate environmental and social responsibility through a wide variety of programs and policies.
