Information on projects being bid by Wade Trim clients appears in this area. The Ad for Bid will outline the work involved, where the project is located, when bids are due, what bid security is required, and where and how copies of the contract documents can be obtained for bidding purposes.

The list of plan holders is a summary of contractors that have obtained contract documents for the project.

The listing of addenda provides information on any addenda issued for the project. Prospective bidders are advised that the addenda as shown herein is not intended to be a complete addenda package, it is for informational purposes only. The bidder is advised to ensure that they have a complete copy of all addenda prior to submitting a bid on any projects.

Out to Bid
This provides a link to Plans and Specifications for projects currently out for bids. These Plans and Specifications are for informational purposes only and are not for bidding purposes. Refer to the Ad for Bid to obtain contract documents for bidding purposes.

Projects Recently Bid
Bid tabs will be posted in this section after bids have been received. This information may take a day or two to be compiled and posted.

Project Awards
When a project is awarded to a contractor by the owner, that information will be summarized in this section.
