Port Richey Intermodal Waterfront Master Plan
In addition to preparing the Waterfront Master Plan in Port
Richey, Florida, Wade Trim provided survey establishing
horizontal control in the park by adjusted traverse from
local road monuments. The Florida Department of Natural Resources
Tidal Benchmark at the Pasco County Energy Management Center was
used to establish benchmark control for the topographic survey. A
topographic survey of the park was performed using Leica total stations
and data collectors. The final mapping was performed using CaiCE software
and Autocad DWG deliverables at 1" = 40" scale and one foot contours.

Wurtsmith Airport Redevelopment
Wade Trim performed mapping and platting work at the Wurtsmith
Airport (formerly known as the Wurtsmith Air Force Base) in
northern Michigan to transform the base into a private community.
The project was funded by the largest Economic Development Association
(EDA) grant ever given for a base conversion. Managing a team of eight consultants,
Wade Trim was the lead design consultant for this award-winning project.

The Crossings at Golden Link
Ground was broken on a 55-acre site in Macedonia, Ohio, in August 2001.
The site includes a Lowe’s home improvement store, Target department
store, and a Giant Eagle supermarket. The development also has space for five
future outlot stores. Wade Trim removed over a quarter million yards of poor
soil and prepared the quantity calculations and reports. Documentation was also
completed for importing about 900,000 yards of soil to the site to bring it up
to design grades. Survey staff monitored pipe installation and provided
site improvement staking.

Progressive Insurance Company - Campus II
Wade Trim is providing survey services for this office complex that will house
4,000 employees in Mayfield Village, Ohio. Responsibilities include building
control lines on each floor; installation verification of items such as
stairwells, columns and brickwork; and site improvement staking.
