Advanced Technology Center
Jurisdictional wetlands were delineated for the Volusia County Board at the Advanced Technology Center in Daytona Beach, FL. Wade Trim performed boundary survey, topographic survey and specific purpose surveys for the Army Corps of Engineers and St. Johns River Water Management District on the 100-acre site. We also provided platting and construction layout for contractors after the design was completed. |

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
Wade Trim performed boundary surveys, topographic surveys, wetland delineation surveys, and preliminary and final platting for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University's Technology Park Subdivision and Site Plans. The 77-acre parcel, located in Daytona Beach, FL, features 655,000 square feet of commercial/office development in 12 buildings. |

Greenfield Village Infrastructure Replacement
Construction staking was performed for The Henry Ford on more than 18 miles of existing sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, paved areas and streets, irrigation piping and natural gas lines that were replaced and/or extended at the 88-acre Greenfield Village site. All electric and communications were reinstalled and expanded in new underground ductbanks and conduits. Staking was efficiently coordinated with the design, construction and inspection effort to help the nation's largest museum reopen on schedule. This project received the American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan's Honorable Conceptor Award for Surveying. |

Pine Trail and Pathways Elementary Schools
Wade Trim worked closely with Southern Resource Mapping to develop topographic surveys for two, 24-acre elementary school sites for the Volusia County Board. Digital design mapping was used instead of conventional survey methods. New aerial photography was flown and detailed planimetric data was collected up to 50 feet outside the project limits. Contours at 1-foot intervals were generated to create an accurate Digital Terrain Model of each site. |

I-94 Survey at Rawsonville Road
A laser scan was performed on I-94 at the Rawsonville Road Bridge in Ypsilanti, MI, for MDOT to safely obtain planimetric mapping for this six-lane highway. The project included GPS control, digital leveling, topographic surveying, PLSS corners and alignment analysis. The bridge was scanned to obtain underclearance distances and color sketches showing the bridge relative to the pavement. The scanned mapping was merged with conventional survey mapping planimetrics to create a Digital Terrain Model. |
