Management Services for Buena Vista Charter Township Wastewater and Drinking Water Systems
Buena Vista Charter Township hired Wade Trim Operations Services in 1999 to prepare a report
of recommendations for improving the Township's wastewater treatment plant. We also developed
a computerized reporting format for submitting operational reports to the State of Michigan and
a computerized Laboratory Quality Assurance program for the Township. Wade Trim Operations
Services continues to assist the Township with developing goals, budgets, staffing, operational
procedures, and drinking water and wastewater regulatory compliance. |

Management Services for Tittabawassee Township Department of Public Works
Wade Trim Operations Services provides operations assistance for Tittabawassee Township’s
wastewater treatment plant. We also help the Township manage their Department of Public Works
including water, wastewater, cemetery and motor pool. Other responsibilities include facilitating
Public Works projects, supervising Township staff, providing emergency response to water and wastewater
operational problems, assisting with equipment warranties, preparing monthly operating reports and
preparing a proposed capital improvement plan annually.
