Rebecca leads our Community Design group drawing on 26 years of experience managing municipal, transportation, and commercial development projects. Her diverse experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of the variety of planning and design issues local governments must address to create livable, sustainable communities. She is responsible for leading projects, managing a team of engineers, planners, and landscape architects, and pursuing new opportunities. Her project controls expertise to assess design, procurement, and construction processes is valuable to helping communities maximize their infrastructure investment with limited resources.
Rebecca holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a certified Project Management Professional.
