Our Innovation Hub is a dedicated intranet space where employees submit ideas and suggestions for innovative technologies or processes to adopt that will provide value to clients. Employees are rewarded for their ideas through monthly Mini-vation Awards and an annual Innovator of the Year Award.

2026 Innovator of the Year: Rob Sinclair
Advanced Design Technology Practice Lead Rob Sinclair plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of innovation at Wade Trim. Leveraging artificial intelligence, a major disruptor in the AEC industry, he supports faster design iterations, smarter planning and decision-making, and improved project quality for clients. Internally, he has helped keep our company on the cutting edge by leading the rollout of several scalable AI-based tools, chatbots, and other emerging technologies.
Rob’s skillset has thrived in Wade Trim’s collaborative environment, where he focuses on enhancing and streamlining engineering workflows across disciplines. As Co-Chair of the Standards Committee and leader of the AI Task Force within the Office of Applied Technology, he drives continuous improvement through firmwide standards, targeted learning sessions, and hands-on enablement across the organization. His forward-thinking, execution-focused approach helps ensure Wade Trim remains at the forefront of innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.
