Tina Belz has joined our Cleveland office as a Client Services Director where she will match Wade Trim’s expertise with client needs. With more than 30 years of experience in the AEC and development industries, she brings a strategic mindset and deep understanding of client resources and challenges to her new role.

Throughout her career, Tina has led business development and strategic planning efforts across a range of public and private markets including water, industrial, and healthcare. Known for her ability to understand challenges from multiple perspectives, she excels at uniting teams and delivering results that achieve client goals. Tina’s work spans some of northeast Ohio’s most transformative, complex projects and initiatives. She led a multi-million-dollar program that enhanced a major water utility’s organizational management and project delivery. She also led the Playhouse Square Theater District’s restoration project in downtown Cleveland that extended the vibrancy of the historic theaters outdoors, including America’s largest outdoor chandelier.

Tina is an active member of the Water Environment Federation, American Council of Engineering Companies, and Society of American Military Engineers. She holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.
