Our ability to safely deliver quality projects to our clients on time and budget determines our value as a consultant. As Director of Projects, David advises our Project Managers on cost estimating, project scheduling, resource allocation, and project management needs to make sure our projects stay on track. Drawing on 35 years of planning, design, and construction experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects, David has honed his project controls expertise to support the management of all types of projects throughout their life cycles. He works to minimize risk by helping our Project Managers track and measure performance, control cost and schedule, predict project outcomes, and effectively communicate project status to clients.
David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
