As Chief Financial Officer, Ralph manages our company’s financial risks by balancing the demands of internal operations with governmental regulation compliance. He believes in ethical and timely reporting of financial information and maintaining a diversified capital structure. Ralph creates value through effective financing, measuring company performance and guiding Wade Trim’s strategic decision-making for fiscal success.
Ralph has worked in the consulting engineering industry in a financial role for 32 years, after beginning his career in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and MS in Finance degrees from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration. Ralph is a board member for the Detroit chapter of Financial Executives International and is an active member of the Leadership Oakland Finance Committee.
