Elvis has managed large teams of inspectors, construction managers, and field, residential, and construction engineers. Known for his honest and straight-forward leadership style, he promotes continuous staff training and communication. He excels in coordinating permitting with multiple agencies and expediting schedules to meet aggressive deadlines. Elvis takes great pride in shaping projects from the ground up and enjoys the lasting nature of his work.

Elvis is a certified Project Management Professional. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Hampton University and an AS degree in Electrical Engineering from Dekalb Technical Institute.
