John leads construction phase engineering and management services that are critical to delivering projects that function as designed. He has 26 years of experience in the design and construction of complex water resource, heavy civil, and municipal projects ranging from project initiation to project closeout. John has a strong understanding of both the design and construction process, constructability, estimating, schedule development, and value engineering. He also places high importance on building, managing, and maintaining relationships, which helps successfully deliver projects. He is recognized for his ability to find creative solutions to reduce budgets, control schedules, and formulate logistics.
John holds a BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University.
