With a dual perspective from working in the public sector and consulting, Rob helps clients think strategically and execute practically. He has 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry and is known for delivering complex infrastructure projects in the Metro Atlanta region. Rob’s expertise spans project management, construction administration, asset management, and treatment systems. He is also experienced in collaborative delivery, having managed design-build projects for major water transmission mains, pump stations, and treatment facilities for the City of Atlanta, Forsyth County Government, and other regional clients.

Rob is a certified Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator and an active member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), Water Environment Federation, and Project Management Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
