Our brand reflects who we are and what we’re like to work with. Donna manages our brand by fostering consistent verbal and written messages and staff behaviors that demonstrate what makes us different. She works with our practice leads to expand our thought leadership and brand visibility in the marketplace. Donna also helps staff understand how to live our brand in ways that will strengthen and preserve it as we grow.
Donna holds a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. She is a Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Fellow and a Certified Professional Services Marketer.
