The processes used to treat water and wastewater are complex and must meet strict standards to protect human health and the environment. Vin’s 49-year career has focused on the water and wastewater treatment fields. He has managed design and construction of wastewater facilities worth over $500 million as well as more than a dozen facility plans and studies for water and wastewater treatment plants and biosolids facilities. His experience includes research and development, piloting, complex facility planning, design, construction management, and start-up of large and small systems. He is also committed to advancing the industry and is actively involved in the Program, Certification and Sustainability Committees of the New York Water Environment Association.
Vin holds BEng and MEng degrees in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
