The award honors the top architecture, engineering, planning, environmental, and construction (AEC) firms based on their culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and professional development. Firms were ranked by category and graded through a combination of employee surveys and corporate evaluations.

In addition, Zweig’s 2026 Hot Firm List ranked Wade Trim as one of the fastest growing AEC firms in the U.S. and Canada. This ranking is based on dollar and percentage of revenue growth over the past 3 years. Winning companies will be honored at the Elevate AEC Conference in Park City, Utah, from September 29 to October 1.
