Consulting engineering firms are only as good as their people. Partnering with our senior management, Tammy develops strategic initiatives centered around adding, developing, and retaining Wade Trim’s talent. As People Services Manager, she also researches, implements, and maintains our compensation program, policies, recruitment, onboarding, and other Human Resources programs. Tammy has been with Wade Trim for 27 years, helping to shape our culture and grow our staff to be the best team in the business.
Tammy holds a BA in Employment Relations from Michigan State University.
