Wade Trim’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices have been growing steadily to serve our expanding client base in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. With a total staff of 17, our water and wastewater infrastructure expertise has been boosted by the addition of three Senior Project Managers who have significant experience serving water/wastewater utilities and communities. Our local staff are supported by more than 850 total employees across our 23 offices.

Chris Bitter, PE, ENV SP, has built his 19-year career helping agencies and municipal clients in the DFW Metroplex develop infrastructure that meets the needs of the growing population. Increasing capacity has been a focus for water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects. His experience includes lift stations, pump stations, water and wastewater pipeline design and rehabilitation, and miscellaneous improvements for treatment facility processes. He will be serving as Wade Trim’s Project Manager for the Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) Lift Stations and Diversion Structures Improvement Project. Chris holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Brian Fiske, PE, brings a construction perspective to design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He has 20 years of experience in pump station and lift station design, pipeline design and construction, wastewater modeling, stormwater management, and capital improvement projects. Notable projects include design of the 96-inch parallel EF-7 interceptor for the Trinity River Authority (TRA), conceptual design of the Tarrant Regional Water District Integrated Pipeline Project, multiple stormwater projects for Bexar County Flood Control, design of 3 miles of 84-inch wastewater interceptor (FM-01) for the DWU, and a wastewater master plan and sanitary sewer evaluation surveys for the City of Grand Prairie. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an ME in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.

David Hawkins, PE, has focused on meeting the unique needs of his clients throughout his 45-year career. An early adopter of pre-design meetings, he values input from managers, equipment operators, and technicians to truly understand their goals, challenges, and preferences. This approach has been integral to David’s work with municipalities and utilities throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. His expertise includes water distribution and pumping stations, water treatment, sanitary sewer collection and lift stations, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management. David has led infrastructure projects driven by rapid growth for numerous clients. He is currently assisting the TRA with interceptor improvements. David holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
