Elvis Anthony, PMP, and Freddy Betancourt, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP, were appointed as Practice Leads where they will focus on company-wide efforts to seek innovative systems, methods, and technologies that provide the best solutions for our clients. As a practice-led firm, Wade Trim is structured around the work we do which allows staff in focused areas of expertise to work together to innovate, regardless of geographic location or market.

As Construction Services Practice Lead, Elvis understands what it takes to keep construction projects moving safely, efficiently, and in alignment with a client’s infrastructure goals. Throughout his 29-year career, he has delivered reliable, field-driven engineering and construction management solutions for major capital projects, water and wastewater facilities, and pipelines. He excels in coordinating permitting with multiple agencies and expediting schedules to meet aggressive deadlines. Known for his honest and straight-forward leadership style, he promotes continuous staff training and communication.

Freddy leads our Conveyance Practice drawing on 26 years of experience in water transmission and distribution and wastewater collection system projects. He combines technical know-how with innovative, informed, and responsive service to conveyance projects of all scopes and sizes. These range from assessing and rehabilitating existing assets to building new assets to increase capacity. Optimizing pipeline alignments, streamlining permitting processes, and minimizing construction impacts and surface restoration costs are integral to his project approach.
