Robert Bush, PE, PMP, has joined Wade Trim as Vice President and Director of Client Services for the Water Group in Georgia. In this role, he will support the continued growth of the firm’s services throughout the Metro Atlanta region and beyond. With more than 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Rob brings deep expertise in project management, construction administration, asset management, and treatment systems. His experience spans both the consulting and public sectors, where he has built a strong reputation across the greater Atlanta area for delivering complex infrastructure projects.

On the public sector side, Rob has led organizations of nearly 70 staff with operating budgets exceeding $65 million. His experience includes managing multiple capital improvement programs, including a $55 million flood recovery effort that restored operations and regulatory compliance at a major wastewater treatment facility following a natural disaster.

In consulting, Rob’s work has ranged from large-scale treatment and conveyance projects to developing asset management and inventory frameworks to support compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, including the Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead and Copper Rule. He also brings significant experience in collaborative delivery, having managed design-build projects for major water transmission mains, pump stations, and treatment facilities for the City of Atlanta, Forsyth County Government, and other regional clients.

Rob is a certified Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator and an active member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), the Water Environment Federation, and the Project Management Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
