An unprecedented staff shortage in the water industry workforce makes it difficult for water utilities to research, test, and implement new technologies. To address this and other water industry challenges, The Water Tower (TWT) was created as a non-profit innovation center that works with the public and private sectors to reimagine the future of water. Wade Trim is supporting this important work as a Sustaining Partner. We also relocated our Atlanta area office to their new campus in Gwinnett County, GA.

TWT supports applied research, technology innovation, workforce development, and community engagement around water to foster positive impacts on Gwinnett County, the region, and beyond. The campus features world class facilities that encourage collaboration in office, event, classroom, and laboratory spaces; a demo area; and a field training center. Research and development are supported through experimental, analytical, and microbiology labs, and the demo area provides access for active, secure testing of water treatment and monitoring technologies.

Wade Trim is currently working with TWT to support development of an interactive “career mapping” application that will help guide students, mid-career pivoters, and others to discover and plan their careers in the water industry.

TWT celebrated the grand opening of their new campus with an event called Demo Day 2022. Thought leaders from our firm and more than 40 industry companies shared experiences with the latest industry technologies and cutting-edge topics while networking with public, private, and nonprofit attendees.

Our new address is:
